This policy describes how Chris Walmsley, operating Paperdesk (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit paperdesk.pro or use its PDF tools.

PDF files and browser processing

The Merge PDF, Split or extract pages, and Rotate PDF tools process selected PDF files in your browser. The site is designed not to upload those file contents to a Paperdesk server. Your browser downloads the output file to your device. Avoid using the tools on files if your browser or device is shared or otherwise not private.

Information handled by the website

Our hosting provider may receive technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time. The final hosting provider and its retention practices must be confirmed before publication.

This version does not include an analytics service, advertising code, account system, or contact form. If any are added, this policy must be updated to explain their data practices and applicable choices.

Cookies, advertising, and consent

If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled later, third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on prior visits.
